According to the latest regulatory filings with the BSE, Alphalogic Techsys Limited has signed a Supplier Agreement with Mojj Engineering Systems Limited.

In a stock filing company informed, “We wish to inform you that the Company has signed the Supplier Agreement on April 10, 2024 with M/s Mojj Engineering Systems Ltd for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Grain Based Distillery Plant to produce Ethanol to Alphalogic Techsys Limited.”

As per the March 5th filings, company informed that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Alphalogic Techsys Limited and District Administration, Chandrapur in the state of Maharashtra to facilitate the establishment and operationalize industrial activities. Company will establish Grain based Bio-Ethanol Plant with a proposed investment of 160.35 crores. The project is expected to generate employment for 200 peoples and would be located in Tadali Growth Centre in the district of Chandrapur, Maharashtra.
