With this, Shermau Mill has emerged as the leading contributor to sugarcane price payments in the Saharanpur district. Sukhvinder Jeet Singh, the Senior Vice President of the sugar mill, stated that the mill will continue to make timely payments to its farmers for sugarcane at a steady pace. He appealed to farmers to supply clean, fresh, and molasses-free sugarcane to support the mill in maintaining its commitment.

 

 

General Manager, of Sugarcane, Pravindra Kumar Rathi, urged farmers to sell their entire sugarcane to the mill. He emphasized that the mill is dedicated to purchasing the entire sugarcane yield from its farmers. Making a specific appeal, he requested those farmers who have more sugarcane than their basic quota to bond the surplus and ensure the sale of the entire produce. The mill is committed to purchasing all the excess sugarcane by issuing additional bonds.
