No. 130 of 2016 – Social Action for Forest and Environment (SAFE) vs. Union of India & Ors, regarding absolute alcohol, pending before the Principal Bench of the Hon’ble Tribunal, New Delhi. Indian Sugar Mills Association, an apex association of private and public sector sugar mills and National Federation of Cooperative Sugar Factories, the apex federation of cooperative sugar mills have impleaded in the said Petition, for effectively representing in the said proceedings.
