Distillery
Distillation Process:
The distillation process begins with raw materials like Grains/ Molasses, which are grind in order to make it a mash. During this process, the starch is converted in to sugar. The fermentation of this mash is carried out in fermentation tanks. The fermented mash is then fed to distillation columns, depending on the type of grains used in order to get different grades of alcohol. The fermentation process is suitably designed to handle different feed stock such as molasses, cane/sorghum juice, beet, banana and all starchy feed stock.
